Growing Smiles Learning and Childcare Center’s management team/staff will be taking your child/children temperature and performing a complete health & safety check (overview of each Childs outer extremities such as skin, body parts, eyes, ears, nose and throat) to be done DAILY UPON ARRIVAL BEFORE ENTRY. NO EXCEPTIONS !! Failure to comply will result in immediate denial to access into the Growing Smiles Learning and Childcare Facility!
Please be advised if your child/children have a fever greater than 97.3 or higher, a cough (wet or dry), runny nose rather it be thin and clear (typically allergies) or thick being green/yellow (typically infection), sneezing, watery eyes, or are exhibiting ANY flu/cold like symptoms, your child/children will NOT be permitted to stay in Growing Smiles Learning and Childcare Center’s care until they are seen and cleared by a physician to return to school. A doctors note stating your child/children Diagnosis being contagious or not and date on when they may return to school MUST be present and in hand before your child/children are permitted to return to Growing Smiles Learning and Childcare Center. If you wish to have your child/children doctors note faxed to the facility, it must be on physicians letterhead and faxed and approved by Executive Director and /or management 24 hours before returning back to Growing Smiles. Please be advised that Growing Smiles MUST have an updated working Cell, Employer (ext.), Physician and Emergency contact numbers on file at ALL times. Please notify management if any updates need to be made so that changes can be modified immediately.
